Vipo Elastopipe™ is a flexible pipe that can be used in special and aggressive environments become.
It is the first corrosion-free, explosion, impact and jet fire resistant flexible, synthetic rubber pipe, suitable for deluge and sprinkler installations, among others.
ABOUT ELASTOPIPE™
Corrosion is a major problem with steel and galvanized pipes.
When the environment is aggressive, when the water is salty, when water remains in dry pipes, when there is a lot of water hammer, then Vipo Elastopipe™ the right product.
It is the first corrosion-free, explosion, impact and jet fire resistant flexible piping system. The pipe is made of synthetic rubber.
Vipo Elastopipe™ can be used in deluge, dry and wet sprinkler systems, but also for the transport of water and chemicals, nitrogen, foam, solvents, acids.
Two versions are available for this: Fire Resistant (FR) for fresh and seawater, and Fire and Oil Resistant (FOR) for other applications.
In terms of size, it is available from 1" to 8".
The flexible rubber pipe has been approved as a product and concept by, among others, LRS (Lloyds) and ABS (American Bureau of Shipping).
It has been verified by DNV GL (is the world's largest classification society for ships and offshore installations).
